Promptly submit complete listing information to the Consolidated Multiple Listing Service of Greater Fairfield County (and Waterbury MLS if appropriate) for inclusion on the computer and for publication. Your listing will be upgraded to show as many photos as possible. Place a For Sale Sign and Lockbox on your property.

Showcase your home on, the most viewed real estate web site on the internet. I will highlight your home with a custom headline, five additional photos, a personally composed description and a scrolling headline. Your property will be regularly shown as a Featured Home.

Promote your home on my personal website: www.ct-homesforsale. Add your home to the new Harmon Homes website. Expose your home on five additional websites for buyers and realtors. Investigate other internet resources, which may be ideally suited for your property. Continue to add links to my homepage which bring more viewings of your home.

Discuss your home with my fellow RE/MAX agents, to access their home seekers base and to seek any marketing suggestions and ideas. Contact local real estate offices and e-mail my Realtor data base to most efficiently bring listing information on your property to the Realtor community in an attempt to quickly access their existing base of home seekers.

Offer you access to MLSpulse which provides “real time” information for Connecticut properties. This will allow you to personally search for properties you might be interested in for yourself. This service is also offered to my current and potential clients to maintain active contact with them.

Attend Greater Danbury caravans and networking sessions to keep Realtors informed about your property. Show your home through the available Realtor caravans, when appropriate.

Placing you under the RE/MAX balloon with all of its local, national, and international advertising. Protecting you with the reputation with over 115,000 outstanding agents in the RE/MAX system.

Prepare a brochure with color photos and all features and benefits of your home, for each customer who visits your home. They are also available for you to share with your contacts.

Arrange for a PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE if you would like.

Communicating all feedback to you on a regular basis. Keep you informed regarding the number of “virtual visits” your home receives on the internet.

Present all Offers to Purchase to you on your home and to advise you as to the qualifications of the buyer and suitability of the offer. Represent your best interests during negotiations. Deliver contract information to Attorneys. Follow up on Building Inspections, Contracts, and Loan Processing. Keep you informed. Attend the closing. Remain active and make sure all details are completed in your transaction until your home sale has actually closed.
